Do we have to move out during the renovation?

Not necessarily, we often complete renovations with the owners in situ for as least part of the project. Basement renovations are discreet, since the excavation and building work can take place while you continue living upstairs.

How long does a basement renovation take?

This depends on the size of the project, but basements typically take between 3 and 6 months to complete. We work with you on a detailed project plan so that you can have confidence in the proposed timeline to completion.
